In a browser window navigate to https://accounts.gfi.com. This brings up the login screen. Login using your GFI Accounts Portal credentials. Note: The primary user would need to login to complete the following steps if changing other users credentials. You could login as yourself to change only your credentials. Go to Account > Users.

By default LDAP uses port 389. To connect using a secure connection select Use SSL which by default uses port 636. An SSL certificate is required to use this setting. If there is a firewall between GFI MailEssentials and Active Directory open the LDAP port to allow communication. Domain\User & Password
